Our first development (CL Villas: Okeechobee) is well into the works! Currently the 18.3 acre plot is in the civil engineering phases and our team has begun staging equipment and placing temp roads.  We are pleased to say our proposed community site plan should be fully approved within the next 90 days and we can begin breaking ground!  Our goal is to show the county that there is not only a need for our homes, but a demand for them! This reservation section will hold your spot in one of our 40ft single or double 40 ft units at this location.  In the "list your interest here" section please include "single 40' or "double 40ft" with the quantity you would like to reserve.  Please note we are only allowing 100 reservations at this time with a maximum of 5 units per investor.  This is 100% refundable at anytime, just email our sales team at Sales@containingluxury.com with any questions or if you would like to get refunded!  

Sales prices are proposed to be in the $135k-$155K range on single units and $185K-$195K on double units.
